ROB.BOT® sells exclusively through our online shop, and ships within North America.

the happy factory is ROB the BOT’s creative home base & control central, located in madison, wisconsin. we are lead by ROB, and constructed to fuel happy. you can learn a little more about us and speed date ROB here.
how long until i receive my order?
orders ship in 2-7 business days from our fulfillment center (transit time is additional).

please allow 24 business hours for a response when directly contacting us about a return … we like to get back to EVERY.BOT asap, but sometimes automating joy has us a little tied up.
happy factory hours are 8AM – 5PM, monday through friday (central time).
please use the contact form here on the ROB.BOT site. any other method of communication (instagram comments, facebook comments, paper cups connected by string, etc) are unreliable, and your message will be missed. thank you for understanding!
we’re automated for joy, so of course we want you 100% happy with your purchase :)
we accept returns for defective, misprinted, or damaged goods. please contact us within 30 days of receipt regarding these claims.
for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
more on returns:
wrong address – if an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility. customers pay for new shipment costs on orders with the wrong address.
unclaimed – packages that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. in these cases, customers pay for reshipment costs.
returned by customer – we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. other examples of wrong orders are (but not limited to): ordering the wrong size, item, color, etc. we do not offer exchanges.
we are not liable for any orders lost in transit.
