how do you shirts fit?
rob create ROB.BOT® collections using modern tees that are cut to fit close to the body, and many have fashion fresh silhouettes. unique notes on fit, as well as handy size guides, are in every product profile to help you choose what’s best for your unique self.
when will you restock?
what inspires rob is fresh, so he is always creating new designs. since rob moves forward to create unique, he will not restock & repeat. once an item is sold out, it just makes room for more fresh.
what is the happy factory?
the happy factory is located in madison, wisconsin. all t-shirts sold here on rob-bot.co are screen printed, packed, & shipped right from the happy factory. through special collabs, exclusive ROB.BOT® tees & sweatshirts are available offering expanded size and color options. these goods are digitally printed and shipped from partners in california & north carolina.
we are lead by rob, and constructed to fuel happy. you can learn a little more about us and speed date rob here.
how long until i receive my order?
orders leave the happy factory in 1-2 business days, then it takes about 2-5 business days of travel time for goods to reach you.
do you sell outside of the united states?
we do not. since the factory is brand new, rob works to exceed customer expectation with fresh designs & timely delivery.

what is your return policy?
we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. goods must be unworn and unwashed.
sale items are not eligible for return.
it is important to note that creatures of all species are drawn to rob.bot nation goods, but t-shirts with fur or pet hair are not eligible for a refund. be sure to avoid cuddling furry beings while trying on your t-shirt, and place your purchase in a safe place to avoid being fur bombed.
how do i make a return?
rob set it up so you can make a return in two easy steps :
1) submit a refund request here on the rob-bot.co site … that gets things official
2) next send your goods back with the packing list (it arrived in the package) within 14 days of purchase
okay … so spill the tea on *all* return policy details so i get this right.
to submit a refund request, visit “my account” and then choose the order. select “refund request” on the order. next choose the item(s) you are sending back. complete the process by clicking “submit request” … and boom … the return is initiated and you can send back the goods with the shipping list.
if you made a guest purchase, click the “your order” button (found in the footer of the site). you need the order number provided on the packing list to input it as your “order id” + your email address. when you access your order, select “refund request” and follow the same steps as above.
goods will show up as ineligible for return after 14 days of purchase. the return shipping address is provided on the packing list. also be sure to include the packing list with your return. goods received without a refund request and packing list will be sent back to sender.
for your security and tracking, we recommend returning your item(s) with an insured courier (like fedex, ups, usps).
refunds are credited 1-2 business days upon returned goods being received at the happy factory.
what about exchanges?
we are currently not offering exchanges at the happy factory. stock sells out quickly, and we cannot guarantee availability when we receive your return. if you are looking to exchange a style, a new order will need to be placed for your desired size.
